On The Edge, (OTE), was established as a 501c3 in 2008. 2024 marks our 16th year. The Kasper family, have a child with autism and 40+ years of water skiing experience.

OTE has helped more than 10,000 individuals with disabilities, military veterans, wounded service members, and their families experience the joy of adaptive water sports through inclusive outdoor events focused on waterskiing, boating, kayaking, fishing, and recreation. Through partnerships with organizations across the country, OTE now helps an average of 3,500 participants annually by providing training, event support, and specialized adaptive equipment that makes these experiences possible. Over the years, OTE has been recognized as an innovative force in adaptive water sports, earning national awards and being featured in multiple water ski publications for its contributions to the adaptive recreation community.
